Working with multiple organizations
One login can belong to several organizations, each with its own role. Switch between them with the organization switcher in the sidebar, and create another organization from there with New organization.
Flamingo supports belonging to more than one organization with a single login — useful if you manage or work across several companies.
One account, many organizations
- Your account is one identity (your email and profile), and each organization you belong to is a separate membership with its own role.
- You can have a different role in each organization.
- If you’re invited to another organization using an email that already has an account, you just accept the invite — no second login needed (see Invite users to your organization).
Switch organizations
Use the organization switcher in the sidebar. It lists every organization you belong to and marks the one you’re currently in; selecting another switches your whole workspace to it.
Create another organization
From the organization switcher, choose New organization to set up an additional one. You’ll go through company setup, and a membership is created for you automatically as its first member — then you can invite others.
Note: Creating a new organization needs the right permission (company settings). Each organization keeps its own contractors, billing, roles, and settings — switching organizations changes everything you see to that organization’s data.
