  4. Step 4: Your entity

    Approve the pay run

Review the totals for the period and approve them.

  5. Step 5: Flamingo

    Pay your employees

Net pay lands in each employee's bank account on payday.

SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR in the Philippines. PILA and DIAN in Colombia.

  7. Step 7: Flamingo

    Handle benefits and publish payslips

Statutory benefits are computed with payroll, including 13th month pay in the Philippines. Each employee gets a payslip in their web portal.

Pay cycle

One pay run, from approved time to payday

Every pay run starts from the time and pay changes you've already approved in Flamingo HR. Flamingo does the rest on the local calendar.

  • Approved time in. Timesheets, overtime and leave you approved during the period.

  • Computed gross to net. Statutory contributions and withholding tax, worked out for every employee.

  • Paid. Net pay sent to each employee's bank account on payday.

  • Remitted. SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR, or PILA and DIAN.

  • Payslips published. In each employee's web portal, twice a month in the Philippines and monthly in Colombia.

Example twice-monthly pay run in the Philippines: time approved, payroll computed, pay run approved, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR remitted, payslips published.
