Pricing questions

How plans, fees and the estimate work.

Which countries can I hire employees in?

Employer of Record covers the Philippines and Colombia. Contractors can be paid in 119 countries with Contract Management.

How is Employer of Record priced?

A flat $599 per employee per month, whatever the salary.

How is the EOR estimate calculated?

The estimate adds the employer statutory contributions Flamingo's payroll applies to the gross salary you enter, mandatory benefits such as the 13th month pay and, in Colombia, prima and cesantías, plus the flat Flamingo fee of $599 per employee per month. In the Philippines: SSS at 10% of salary (counted between ₱5,000 and ₱35,000), PhilHealth at 2.5% (between ₱10,000 and ₱100,000) and Pag-IBIG at 2% (on up to ₱10,000). In Colombia: pension (AFP) at 12% and Caja de Compensación at 4%. Employer health (EPS), SENA and ICBF contributions are exempt below 10 minimum monthly wages (COP 17,509,050); above that they are calculated in your quote, as is ARL workplace risk insurance, which depends on the role. USD figures use example exchange rates (1 USD = 58 PHP, 1 USD = 4,000 COP). Your exact quote is calculated when you add an employee.
