• Add or update your bank accountGo to Payment & Withdrawal, enter your bank details, and confirm with the 6-digit code emailed to you. Your account is verified before it can receive payouts.
• Does Flamingo handle my taxes, and what documents can I download?As a contractor you handle your own taxes — Flamingo doesn’t withhold tax or issue tax forms. You can download your signed contract and a PDF of each invoice as records for filing.
• Download your contract and invoicesDownload your signed contract from your profile and a PDF of any invoice from the Invoicing list — useful records for your own tax filing.
• Finding your routing number or SWIFT/BIC codeUS accounts need the electronic (ACH) routing number, which is often different from the paper one printed on a cheque. Everyone else needs a SWIFT/BIC code, found on a bank statement or in online banking.
• Why was my bank account rejected?If your bank shows "Verification failed" or "Errored," the details are usually wrong or the account can’t receive payouts. Read the error, fix the details, and re-add the account.
