Pre-fill contractor details from a resume or contract
On the Talent details step you can upload a resume or contract to auto-extract the contractor’s details, or fill them in manually. Either way you can review and edit before continuing.
When you add a contractor, the Talent details step lets you pre-fill their information automatically from a document — or type it in yourself.
Two ways to start
Choose one:
- Upload resume or contract — we’ll auto-populate the fields from the document.
- Fill in manually — enter the contractor’s details yourself.
Upload a resume or contract
- Choose Upload resume or contract.
- Click to upload or drag and drop the file — PDF or DOCX, up to 10MB.
- Click Extract & Continue. Scanning can take up to a minute.
- Review the pre-filled fields and edit anything before continuing.
Changed your mind? Use Skip and fill manually at any point.
Fill in manually
Choose Fill in manually to enter the contractor’s name, email, country, and other details yourself.
