Accept your invitation, verify your identity, and get ready to invoice.

• Accept your invitation and finish your profileOpen the invitation email, set a password, and click Create account. Then complete the short "Complete your profile" stepper.
• Getting started: your contractor onboardingFive steps get you ready to be paid: accept your invitation, finish your profile, verify your identity, sign your contract, and add your bank account. Then you can submit your first invoice.
• Identity verification didn’t go through — what to doIf you see "Verification was unsuccessful," use Try again to start a fresh session with a valid document and a smartphone. Contact support if it keeps failing.
• Sign your contractAfter your profile is set up, you’ll sign your contract. For a standard agreement you e-sign through a secure signing link; if your client uploaded their own document, you simply review and accept it. Signing is what activates your contract so you can start work and get paid.
• Verify your identityVerify your identity with a quick document + selfie check through our partner Persona. Have a valid government ID and a smartphone ready — you can’t be paid until it’s verified.
