How it works

Run your team in the Philippines from one record

Each employee has one profile that follows them from their first day to their last, with the full history.

  • Onboard. Invite a new hire by email. They complete their own profile and documents before day one.

  • Contract. Upload the employment agreement you already use, or set up custom contracts. Employees review and accept them in their portal.

  • Track time. Employees clock in on the web or the desktop app against the schedule you set, and file overtime with a reason.

  • Approve leave. Employees request time off in their portal, managers approve it, and balances update on their own.

  • Record changes. Promotions, transfers, salary changes, allowances and deductions, each with an effective date.

  • Offboard. Close out a resignation or termination in one checklist, with final pay computed and exit documents kept on file.

Example timesheet in Flamingo HR: an employee's clock-in and clock-out times for the week, recorded on the web and the desktop app.
