Your real quote, inside Flamingo

When you add an employee in Flamingo, the quote is built for that person and role. It starts from the same rules as this calculator and adds what a public estimate can't know.

  • Today's exchange rate, instead of a fixed reference rate.

  • The benefits and healthcare (HMO) plan you choose to offer.

  • Your role's actual ARL risk class in Colombia.

  • The transport allowance in Colombia, where it applies.

What goes into the cost

Philippines

13th month pay
Employees receive one twelfth of their basic salary for the year, paid by 24 December. The calculator spreads it across the months so the monthly cost is complete.
SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG
Employer and employee both contribute. SSS is 10% from the employer and 5% from the employee, counted on salary between ₱5,000 and ₱35,000. PhilHealth is 2.5% each, counted between ₱10,000 and ₱100,000. Pag-IBIG is 2% each, on up to ₱10,000.
Income tax
Withheld every month at the graduated rates of the TRAIN law, on salary after the employee's contributions.

Colombia

Exemption below 10 minimum wages
Below 10 minimum wages (COP 17,509,050 a month in 2026), the employer pays no health (EPS), SENA or ICBF contributions. Pension (12%), Caja de Compensación (4%) and ARL are always due. Contributions are counted on up to 25 minimum wages.
Integral salary
From 13 minimum wages (COP 22,761,765) you can agree an integral salary that already includes benefits. Contributions are then counted on 70% of it, and prima, cesantías and their interest aren't paid. Vacation still accrues.
Transport allowance
Employees earning up to 2 minimum wages (COP 3,501,810) also get a monthly transport allowance. It's added in your quote.
Prima and cesantías
Prima de servicios is a month's salary a year, paid half in June and half in December. Cesantías are another month's salary a year, paid into the employee's severance fund, with 12% interest a year paid to the employee.
